Bachelor of Law – LL.B* (Proposed for AS 2025-26)

The course of LL.B. shall be for a period of three academic years. Each year is divided into two semesters.

The LL.B program at CPJ College, affiliated with GGSIPU, is designed to provide students with a robust understanding of legal principles and their application in real-world scenarios. The course emphasizes critical thinking, ethical reasoning, and analytical skills while fostering a deep understanding of constitutional, civil, criminal, and corporate laws. Through practical training, moot courts, and internships, students gain hands-on experience in legal practice. This program prepares graduates for diverse career paths, including the judiciary, litigation, corporate law, public service, and academic research.

• Develop a strong understanding of law in a variety of contexts.
• Display the ability to deal with different types of legal issues and laws.
• Apply critical and contextual approaches across a wide variety of subject matter.
• Acquire necessary knowledge that is a pre-requisite to obtain The Bar Council Registration.
• Analyze and understand changes in regard to Rule of Law, Economic Reforms, Human Rights, Women’s Rights, Rights of Children, Elderly, Sick and Disadvantaged Segments of the Population

The college provides internship and organize visits to Courts, Jails, Lok Adalats, Parliament House, Vidhan Sabha & Historical Places etc. during the semesters.
