Authors should first register on the journal’s platform, filling in their details, and follow the instructions for manuscript submission. Upon successful registration, an email with verification instructions will be sent.
The manuscript should be written in clear, concise, and formal English. It must be formatted according to the journal’s specified guidelines to facilitate a smooth review and publication process.
The manuscript should follow the general structure outlined below:
Figures and tables should be placed within the text, where appropriate, and numbered sequentially (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1). Each should have a concise and descriptive caption. Ensure that all graphs, images, and tables are of high quality and legible.
All authors must ensure that their research complies with ethical standards. This includes proper citation of sources, declaration of any conflicts of interest, and the protection of participants' confidentiality and consent in human or animal studies. Authors are required to provide a statement confirming the originality of their work and declare any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest.
Once submitted, the manuscript will undergo a peer-review process. Authors may be required to revise the manuscript based on reviewers' feedback. Once the paper is accepted, authors will be notified and the final version will be prepared for publication.
After peer review and revisions, authors should submit the final version of the manuscript in the required file format (Word, LaTeX, or PDF) through the online system. The compiled PDF, including all source files, will be approved by the author before publication. By adhering to these guidelines, authors contribute to a smoother submission and review process, ensuring that their work reaches a broader audience efficiently.
We follow a double-blind peer review system and conduct two rounds of the review process. In the first round, all submitted papers are initially reviewed at the editorial board level and assessed based on their technical suitability for the journal, scope of work, plagiarism, and other ethical compliances. If selected by the editorial board, the paper will undergo a fair and unbiased double-blind peer review by at least three referees, evaluating its originality, novelty, clarity, completeness, relevance, significance, and research contribution. Based on the review comments, the papers may be categorized as follows: Clear Reject, Reconsider After Major Revision, Reconsider After Minor Revision, or Accept as Is. If recommended by the Board of Referees (BoR), the papers may undergo multiple cycles of review before being finally accepted. The corresponding authors of qualifying submissions will be notified accordingly.
Final acceptance of a paper is based on the review remarks from the referees and the decision of the Editorial Board. The review process may take between 2 to 12 months, depending on the number of review cycles required, before a paper is ultimately accepted.
