An academic year shall be apportioned into two semesters. Each of the two semesters shall be of a working duration of about 21 weeks, as per the following breakup-
Imparting of Teaching : 17 Weeks
Preparatory Leave : 1 week
Semester End Term Examination (including Comprehensive Viva) : 3 weeks
There shall be a break of 2 weeks after the first semester.
The BBA LL.B (H) programme is divided into ten semesters with a duration of five months each. Each semester comprises theory subjects. In addition to this, every semester has a Comprehensive Viva equal to the weightage of one paper. After the 4th, 6th and 8th Semester, students have to undergo a Compulsory Summer Internship for one month and on that, a report has to be submitted by each student separately. In the tenth semester, students have to submit their dissertation. After the completion of internship by the students, the work done by the students as recorded in his/her daily diary along with a consolidated internship report would be evaluated by a Board of examiners consisting of Dean, an External Examiner, one faculty member nominated by APC and the supervisor concerned.

In addition to this, every semester has a Comprehensive Viva equal to the weightage of one paper. After the 4th, 6th and 8th Semester, students have to undergo a Compulsory Summer Internship for one month and submission of reports on visit is compulsory for each student as per record maintained in his/her diary.

The Bachelors of Commerce degree is a full time three-year program designed to provide the student with a wide range of managerial skills while at the same time building competence in a particular area. The programme is divided into six semesters, with two semesters in an academic year. Each semester has a working duration of about 21 weeks as per the following breakup-

Programming and Computer Application are major components of the BCA degree. Students are taught about subjects like Computer Networks, Database Management, Multimedia, Programming Languages Hardware and Software.
In order to give students a thorough conceptual knowledge of the subjects and to broaden the scope of their own experience, hands-on sessions in computer laboratories utilizing a variety of programming languages and tools are also provided.

The second Semester has IT project summer training and the fifth semester has management project summer training. In the sixth semester, students have to submit their project report, which instructs the college to expose the students to subjects beyond the laid down syllabi and conduct research.
